From the start, we were welcomed by Jeet and Sam with professionalism, kindness, and care. It honestly felt like joining a family. The move-in process was quick and easy, and everything was explained clearly. The vibe here is relaxing, inviting, and homey. The staff (Jeet and Sam) are AMAZING! The process was quick and smooth. They were attentive and responsive during the process. We immediately fell in love with the place. Amenities are top of the line. The lobby was inviting, the pool side appears to be relaxing and calming. The vibe overall...is what you call home!
Pretty disappointed with how this place turned out. For one, the Brivo lock system is a complete joke. It takes me about 30+ seconds to sit there and wait for the app to load and get inside ANY door in this place. Half the time my front door doesn’t actually lock and I have to reuse the app a couple times. Ridiculous. Next, no one here values your privacy, they will walk inside your apartment whenever they feel the need. Edit update for 8/16/2025: This place is also a college dorm for many students attending the educational institutions nearby. It has become havoc for the people who want peace and quiet, especially on SUNDAYS. You have to deal with all of the late night parties, their loud base stereo's flowing throughout the ceilings of the apartment, (which is against the leasing policy), loud banging, and sometimes throughout the night, these kids are yelling and laughing as if this were their own house.
