Amazing place to call home! Jeremy Valentine made my touring/leasing process seamless and comfortable and the move in experience could not have been better. Walls are very thick, I don't hear outside noise in my place! Common areas are very clean and professional. Amenities are great: Fitness center, lounge, package delivery, pool. I would recommend this property for a quiet place to live, with respectful neighbors, clean common areas and garage, with responsive management. Some things I'll point out probably seem obvious, but I've been renting forever and a lot of places are just overpriced and under-deliver. They are not transparent about their credit check requirements, and their standards seem extremely high. They also charge a $300 non-refundable administration fee, which was disappointing. We felt pressured and rushed into making a decision and applying, which did not sit right with us. On top of that, the staff came across as rude, making communication difficult and unpleasant.
