I recently moved from Avant at the Arboretum and wanted to provide some feedback on the great service I received from Jeet and Sam in the management office and Ernesto, Leonard and Israel in the maintenance office. Living at Avant for the last five years has been a positive experience. The facilities were always kept up very nicely and newer owner Waterton has been putting in a lot of money on renovations and upgrades. I'm beyond frustrated. Paying $2300 a month, you'd think basic amenities would be accessible, especially on a holiday like the 4th of July. The pool is locked, and I can't get ahold of anyone in maintenance to open it. This was supposed to be a day to relax and hang out with my cousins, but thanks to this management, those plans are ruined. It's unacceptable to have essential amenities unavailable without any notice, especially on a holiday. This place is a joke and definitely not worth the money. Leonard and Ernesto are amazing, super fast and friendly service through my fiancée’s lease.
EDIT 06/19/2025 1/5 Stars Management has been telling maintenance whenever they fix something for a tenant, to give this place 5 Stars to boost the review score on Google. Ignore any reviews that explicitly only mention maintenance. They're amazing, yes, but that does not mean Waterton as the property owners get to ride the coattails of the only group of people in this building actually benefiting the community.
