I’ve had a really good experience at Avant at the Arboretum. Jeet and Sam are both great and always helpful when I need anything. The apartments are nice, clean, and have good space. The complex is also well kept and has nice amenities. I really like living here and would definitely recommend Avant to anyone looking for a good place to live.
Highly recommend Avant! I've lived here for 2.5 years. The neighbors are mostly young professionals, the amenities are great, and management is always quick to respond to any concerns. Best of all, I love that they use fresh flowers instead of faux ones around the property. Exceptional community for anyone looking to move!
First, I'll say the apartments are nice looking and spacious. Office staff are responsive and timely. Maintenance is excellent. Parking garage is a nice perk, especially in Winter. However, I've experienced so many issues recently that make me want to leave, but their buyout amount is at least 3x the rent amount (you read that correctly) so I'm very much stuck here and I'm extremely unhappy about that. Amazing place to call home! Jeremy Valentine made my touring/leasing process seamless and comfortable and the move in experience could not have been better. Walls are very thick, I don't hear outside noise in my place! Common areas are very clean and professional. Amenities are great: Fitness center, lounge, package delivery, pool.
