I’ve been here for almost three months and I’m ready to GO!!! Suffering from headaches for the lack of sleep because you can hear everything your neighbors do. during the day you just deal with it for obvious reasons, but at night it definitely interferes with sleep. White noise is not helping . 🫠
The floor plans here are decent and fairly spacious, but I want to be honest for anyone considering moving here expecting a “luxury” living experience, t’s not luxury. The biggest issue is the construction and insulation between units. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin, and you can hear almost everything happening in neighboring apartments. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at, I’ve been here for 5 years and every 6 months (give or take) there is new management in the leasing office going off of new rules. The maintenance here is terrible, the walls are so thin you can hear every noise your upstairs door neighbor is making. It’s definitely not worth nearly 1700 dollars a month. I’ll be so excited when my time here is up. Also the leasing office has some extremely rude and terrible attitudes.

Trash leaks from upstairs. Right beside my front door. ….Less than 2 months left! My lease is coming to an END…2/1/2015 @5:04 a.m until 7:30 A.M. The ppl above me are terrible! Of course nothing will get done. This is an on going thing. Rules are not followed at all. Pls be aware. Another sleepless night. Neighbors from hell! I would not recommend.
