Vinimos hace unos días a ver los apartamentos. Sheila nos llevó a mi mamá y a mí a hacer un recorrido, y fue muy amable. Nuestro inglés no era el mejor, pero ella fue muy servicial. Los apartamentos se ven muy bonitos y la comunidad, al igual que las personas en la oficina, también son muy agradables.

From my very first phone conversation to the in-person tour of a beautiful unit, she made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Her personality is wonderful—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Sheila went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing experience!
This was the worst living experience ever, had our upstairs neighbor's dog peeing onto our deck and fighting 24/7 (they did absolutely nothing), the walls are like paper, we actually had to be the ones to move to the next building down because it got so bad with noise and dog peeing and they would not talk with the neighbor. They did not offer help, they did not offer assistance in moving, they did not offer anything.
