The management is great, the location is perfect if you want to feel like part of downtown Kent. The price is right for what you get. I have definitely enjoyed my stay here.
I’ve lived here for 4 months with no issues. Caroline and Tim are always ready to help even the most minor problems. Very modern, very convenient. Best apartment I’ve lived in.
I have lived in most of the apartments in Kent school area, by far Avant 220 is the best of them. I have been living here for almost 2 years, never had an Issue. The price is right, location is great also very friendly staff. I would highly recommended it!
I have lived in the Avant Apartments for 2 years now and love every bit of it! It is so nice to be downtown and to live in a new and modern apartment! The studio was a perfect size while still in college, but the 1-Bedroom is even better now that I will be graduating and working full time, so I have more space! I highly recommend living in the Avant 220 Apartments!
