As a client I found the builder to be so disrespectful he had so much to hide he wouldn't let my build be inspected. Leaks were everywhere in the little part of the house I gained access to.
Wow builder wouldn't allow home owner into their own property who did the right thing and pre-booked an inspection day and time who dose he think he is???? Must be God lol what a joke. I'll never build with Avankar designs shady as beware!!! Don't be fooled by the 3D renderings you see on the website they haven't built those just pretty pics. Why no pics of the actual homes you've built guy's??????
