Purchased a ~3k vanity at Lowes on a promotion. When it came time to install it, upon opening the box we found the backsplash broken. Contacted business who took almost a week to answer to say, I should have checked earlier. They don't sell a backsplash replacemen (particular gray marbled carrara) and have not suggested a resolution. My remodel is stalled due to this company's incompetence on boxing and customer care.
Bought a vanity from home depot. Within 5 weeks of install paint started peeling and cracking in multiple places. Company says its water damage. Its never had any water on it. They refused to help. Never buy anything from these people. Look up other reviews there's several others with this problem.
