Brittany is always kind and professional. Very clean and welcoming spa.

Too soon to see the results, but I feel confident Emily did a great job. She explained the procedure thoroughly and professionally and at the same time was funny and friendly.
The overall experience was great. The laser specialist was knowledgeable and friendly. The receptionist could have been a bit more welcoming. I could tell she was busy but a hello or smile would have been appreciated, especially since it was my first visit.
Emily was awesome! This was my 2nd IPL. The only feedback I would give is that no one really warmed me about the sweeping and inflammation that would happen to my face. I was prepared the 2nd but it would have been nice to know the first time. Additionally I wasn't given any ice packs after the first one. I love the results though! Amazing.
