The service and the price was exceptional and the quality of the flowers are amazing the arrangement was beautiful I’m so happy with my experience with this company would definitely recommend.

Booked and paid for a bouquet and buttonhole a month earlier and arranged via email as I was impressed by their Google reviews - easy done. However when it came to the day of our elopement, Avane failed to deliver and when I called to find out what happened, the person who took my call had no idea what I was talking about. The one star I have awarded was at least they processed my refund within the day. Incredibly disappointing to have no flowers on my wedding day. Will not book again.
I ordered online and later found out that the recipient would be unavailable so I requested a refund. Lovely florist processed the refund immediately.
Received flowers on Monday 16/12/2024 the flowers are already starting to die 3 days later. Very disappointing as the arrangement was extra large and expensive.
