My therapist, Aurora Dixon, is absolutely phenomenal. She listens carefully, is extremely empathetic and also challenges me to view things from a different perspective if I am stuck. She is able to blend multiple modalities. She is there to support what you are seeking therapy for not necessarily needing to understand your entire behavioral health history at intake.
