The quality of the door was very good and the installation was excellent. The install team went above and beyond to make the entry look fabulous! We are very happy.
My original custom door order from Avana was manufactured incorrectly at the factory. Wendy from Avana immediately handled the problem, and the correct doors were produced and shipped as soon as possible. Then Avana’s installation crew arrived, and did a fantastic job. It is rare to see an installer take his time, measure carefully, clean as he goes, and insure that the installation was perfect and clean. I noticed the following day that he missed a couple of screws, and he drove across DFW just to take care it, the very nex... read more

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I never write reviews, but my experience so far has been so bad. Look elsewhere.
