RecommendedLove the pool. Love the neighbors. Love, love, love the location. The fire alarm, however, is annoying and goes off frequently. According to management, they are working on it. They have been working on it for a year. Hopefully, they figure it out soon or get a different fire alarm company because this one doesn't know what it's doing. Other than that, it's a great place. Pack some earplugs until it's fixed and you will be fine.
The customer service was horrendous and the sales pitch from the leasing agent was awful. When showing the availability and pricing of the apartments he said "this loft is pricey" without acknowledging the price of the apartment. The leasing agent was a white man with glasses and appeared "slow" or "sedated" when speaking with me. He allowed residents to interrupt our time as i was ready to look at the apartments.
