Avaya Trails is a beautiful community with nice people. The staff is great and I love living here
I’ve lived here for over two years and the team is responsive to maintenance needs and any other communication I’ve initiated. Brittney and the maintenance crew are friendly, helpful and communicate clearly. Jay and Linda (whom I’ve worked with more frequently) not only offer help but often go above and beyond to ensure I’m cared for and informed. Had a scheduled tour today at 5:30. Arrived at 5:25 and the office was closed! Website says office closed at 6pm. I tried calling no answer so I left a message. Theres a sign on the door that says “ be back at 9am “ I drove all the way from Bellevue in the 405 traffic to waste my time. Thanks for nothing.
Absolutely horrible experience. They lost all data from application from the website, and canceled it with no return application deposit.
If I could rate this property, it would be less than zero stars. First of all, parking is horrible as you only get one parking spot and then you have to fend for yourself for street parking. Second of all, the walls in these apartments are horrible. You can hear your neighbors normal conversations through the walls both next to you and either below or above your unit at all hours of the day and you have to tiptoe around your unit to be at peace which there never is any.
