I really liked the apartments, the people there are great! I talked to Heather and she was very understanding why I wasn't able to get the apartment, it was short notice that my husband and I got approved, and we already got another apartment lined up! Wish we got approved more quickly though, definitely would have been our first choice!
Ive lived here for over 5 years. I loved Valerie and Diane. Diane was always prompt when dealing with any issue that I had. The maintenance men are also courteous and efficient . They now have new management and I have seen some not to great reviews that I have just recently read. I just now have come into a serious issue with my unit. I am hoping to have the same experience with new management and a pleasant outcome. I will update the review as needed,

I have never had to write a review like this. It was all good until Diane left. She was handling my move out process and she took another job. They were supposed to come and assess “damage” that was done while we lived on the property and never did (so I could fix it). I logged into my account to see that I owed 4100 dollars…. I know I am one amongst many to write bad reviews on this apartment complex but if I can help someone make the decision to seek other complexes my review is worth it. The leasing staff is beyond incompetent. Diane, specifically, is a nightmare to work with. She is completely apathetic to any grievances that you bring to her attention. Two specific incidents happened while living at the property and she made no effort to help. I was continuously ignored.
