Angelina is the sweetest she made the process super smooth and simple, ask for her when you’re looking to move in.
Worst experience here. I would not recommend. Terrible management, super unorganized.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. It’s really dirty and just doesn’t not match the San Clemente environment. If you like the vibe of inner city LA apartments, maybe this is for you. If you’re paying orange county prices you should expect a nice clean neighborhood with amenities and great management… This place has none of that. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else. Definitely the worst apartments in san clemente. The low income housing down ave pico might even be better.
I’ve lived here for a little over three years and The property has gone down hill significantly. The landscaping has been completely let go not sure if it’s budget or the Owner is a slum lord. We have a new property manager and assistant property manager who seem to want to make necessary improvements but they are going to have budgets approved in order to make necessary improvements.
