The Staff and Greystar as a whole is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Iv been waiting for a refund for an application fee since June 2025, and iv yet to get my refund. They told me it could take up to 90 days to receive my funds, and yet it's October 2025 and still know response. Iv called the Grey Star Management team, contacted the manager of this property, Summer, and reached out online and still nothing. I have been living here for 7 years! I absolutely LOVE it. I absolutely adore the property manager, Summer, & her side kick....the amazing leasing agent in ATL, "Miss Donna" as we love to call her! We have a yearly pool party that is full of fun! Year-round events to help the community. We are living pleasantly and most of all, respectfully with each other at Powers Ferry! Ty made our move-in day stress-free and easy. She was organized, friendly, and kept us updated every step of the way. Despite having several move-ins to coordinate that morning, she handled everything calmly and efficiently. We really appreciated her support and attention to detail. Also maintenance has been quick and efficient during our first few days here. Any issues we reported were addressed promptly, and the team was professional and courteous throughout. It really made settling in much easier and stress-free.
We had a wonderful move-in experience thanks to Ty’s help. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth transition. Even with multiple move-ins happening that morning, she managed everything efficiently and professionally.
