This my first time renting in an apartment complex and so far it had been really great. It has a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Angelica was very welcoming and professional on my tour. Out of all the Appartments that I toured that day Angelica stood out the most and was one of the reasons I chose to live here at Vercanta. You can tell she works really hard to keep everyone happy and the establishment running smoothly. I really appreciate that. I've only been here for a couple weeks so far snd I'm really enjoying my stay.
Very old, dated, dirty apartment complex. Also management has no control over what tenants put in the balcony. I saw many people dry their underwear in the balcony. Spider webs everywhere. Great for holloween though

I’ve lived in Vercanta Apartments for a year now and what a great place to call home! The staff here are awesome from the manager Angelica to the maintenance guys are always available and ready to assist in any way making sure life here is always pleasant! The property is always clean and up to par which makes living here that much more pleasant! I look forward to many more years, living here! Happy holidays and a blessed new year to the residence and staff of Vercanta Apartments!!! Josh
