We recently had a hot water pipe leak underneath our apartment and we needed to be relocated to a very similar closeby vacant ground floor apartment for 5 days while our hallway floor was opened up and the leak repaired, and then the floor put back the way it was before. We took just what we needed for 5 days and had a little staycation in a different apartment. 😂 The job was completed on time and we moved back in only to find our toilets cleaned, bathtub cleaned, sinks cleaned, and even the microwave cleaned! This my first time renting in an apartment complex and so far it had been really great. It has a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Angelica was very welcoming and professional on my tour. Out of all the Appartments that I toured that day Angelica stood out the most and was one of the reasons I chose to live here at Vercanta. You can tell she works really hard to keep everyone happy and the establishment running smoothly. I really appreciate that. I've only been here for a couple weeks so far snd I'm really enjoying my stay.
Very old, dated, dirty apartment complex. Also management has no control over what tenants put in the balcony. I saw many people dry their underwear in the balcony. Spider webs everywhere. Great for holloween though
