To the owners of this property: I hope you understand that residents do not leave simply because of rent prices or apartment conditions. More often, they leave because of how they are treated. In my opinion, the overly restrictive environment created by management has likely driven residents away from this community. I have been a resident of Vercanta for over two years and have always complied with the community rules. Unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience. My mother and sister traveled from another country to visit me for a short period of time. While I was at work, they decided to use the community gym and were asked to leave. They are immediate family members visiting temporarily, were respectful, caused no disturbances, and simply wanted to stay active during their visit. Very disappointing move-out experience at Vercanta Pleasanton Apartments. They charged excessive move-out fees and added a huge balance even after deducting the security deposit ($1000). The process lacked transparency and felt unfair. Future tenants should be very careful about hidden charges during move-out.
We’ve been staying at Vercanta for the past year and truly love living here. The location is very convenient — everything we need is nearby, including Indian grocery stores, Safeway, and Walgreens, which makes day-to-day life so much easier for our family. Even though the apartment is on the smaller side, it feels comfortable, cozy, and absolutely worth it for the overall experience and location. It is fun here because our office today has deserts, fruit lemonade’s, bouquet’s, and cookies and plus the staff her are so nice to us
