Their floor plans on their website indicate that all their units have washer/dryers. This is not the case, and as someone relocating to Seattle, we were not informed of this until AFTER submitting an application (along with paying the "administration" fee associated with it). Seems sketchy and just not a pleasant experience.
Management is a joke! Live here for the lake - don’t expect professionalism from staff or good maintenance.
Took several weeks for maintenance to arrive after I made a request.
