Tour here was nice. Wish they had something on a higher floor, because I want to see that LAKE!!!! But nice to know you have year long access to the lake, and they have a POOL!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience touring Lakefront on Washington! The property is beautiful, the location is amazing, and the apartment I toured was really nice and spacious. They only had a first-floor apartment available to tour when I went, so I didn’t get to see one of the higher-floor units, but I can already imagine how incredible the views must be from up there! Was very interested and had a booked tour with Breanna. Showed up for our tour and she or no one was to be found. We waited around 30 extra minutes after our tour was supposed to start and still no text , call or heads up that no one was going to be there. Absolutely ghosted. Was a big waste of my time and wanted other people interested so they don’t waste there’s as well.
I recently toured Lakefront on Washington and had a really great experience overall. The property has an amazing location right on the lake, and the views alone make it stand out from a lot of other apartments I’ve seen in Seattle. The community felt peaceful, clean, and well maintained during my visit.
