I truly believe these 5/5 reviews are either fake or very old. NO SECURITY. Ghetto. I've had to call the police multiple times for fights by neighbors, in parking lot and on tennis court area. Just had a neighbors trash can exploded by ?? burned entire side of wall. Soot everywhere and like usual no clean up. Poop everywhere, no powerwashing. Office staff never visits the property to see how dirty it is. They do not respond to complaints period. High turnover but they don't care bc Atlanta is a hot market and they will paint... read more
