Been here for over 2 years, we made a complaint stating there was major mold issues. Over $1000 of items where damaged our son 7 months old lost a ton of his stuff due to mold so we had to sleep on the floor in the living room since we where not comfortable staying in the bedroom since that’s where we noticed it. They came in 3 times looked me in the face said there was no mold damage then stated to call your insurance company to handle it. We love living at Avana landing! Helen and RaeAnna are friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. The Maintenance crew is fast, reliable, and very helpful as well. I would highly recommend living here. We moved here in June and in that time they have thrown 3 parties for all ages. With treats, prizes, and activities... How thoughtful is that?? I’ve never lived at such a clean, well maintained, beautiful apartment complex. Thank you guys for all you do!!
I toured this property. It was amazing. The staff was friendly. I even got a chance to chat with Pierre in Maintenance staff about the property and how well they maintain the community. 10/10 would highly recommend!
This place is a good location and well managed. I enjoyed my time as resident here and extremely thankful for the help from both Pierre and Jeremy! Both great guys and also took care of any issues I had! Promptly and efficiently!
