Let me tell you before you rent in this place, the facilities are old and poorly maintained, they rent you as renovated apartments but in reality they give you an apartment with old and dirty finishes. In addition, none of the rooms have light or fan Not to mention the common areas, they have no maintenance and are dirty. While I have yet to move in, Ashley D has been so helpful. Her positively and overall demeanor is what led me to really pursue this complex. She is always willing to answer any questions I have, which I do have a ton lol. I am very excited to be moving in. Thank you, Ashley!
my husband and i moved here about two week ago and so far, we’re definitely enjoying it. very spacious unit (for the two of us and our cat in a one bed, one bath). the location is definitely great for us, as well - my husband’s school, target, hobby lobby, tj max, eateries, and more are very near! we’re so happy we chose this to be our home!
Eddie was great, super nice and fixed my appliances.
Jeremy was an amazing help when i stopped him to see if he could replace some light bulbs and dryer vent duct. i didn’t put a work order in and he did it anyways. he was very professional and got it done in a timely manner. Gold star for jeremy !
