The community is quiet, and the apartment grounds are consistently well maintained. Sylvia and the team in the front office provide exceptional service and are always helpful and professional. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to making this a great place to live!
EDIT: This place is such a complete mess that its almost comical. The security gate is often out of commission even though its marketed as gated community. There are smokers who smoke in the apartment entrances/corridors and put their buds out in the front lawn (see pic), so if you or your kids have asthma forget about going outside. Not to mention the fire hazard. The first month that I lived here, my lock (the only lock to the front door) fell out of the door (see attached pic). I’m extremely disappointed with my experience during the leasing process as a prospective resident. It has been nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone despite calling more than five times without a response. I also scheduled a virtual guided tour, but over 30 minutes after the scheduled time, I was informed that it could not be conducted due to weather affecting the internet. Words can't describe just how easy the process was when applying for and moving into Enclave! Bell was our agent, and she's a total rockstar. She was super responsive, willing to drop everything to answer any questions that my roommate and I had, and seems genuinely eager to make any potential resident feel welcome the moment they walk through the front door.
