Absolutely love the Enclave! The staff is super friendly and the community is perfect. Highly recommend to everyone.
I would not recommend staying there. They have non-refundable charges (not including the application fee). If you add them all together, the amount would be close to $500. The funny thing is that they do not require a deposit, but they charge ridiculous non-refundable fees. They take your money in a unique way. I was living in the Apartments for 8 years before moving there. I've never heard of non-refundable charges in my life.They make you feel stupid if you don't ask questions in their favor. All of the Staff at this community work hard to make sure this is a safe and clean place to live. Management is always responsive to my needs and concerns. They also provide many events for the residents to attend and participate in.
