Most of these new reviews are lies and made up BS. I viewed an apartment there in earlier September in the hopes of renting from this place because they are actually nice looking. I did a tour and I promptly put in an application and paid all fees. $50 for the application and then another $300 (non refundable after 72 hrs) meaning if I where to pull my application after the 72 hrs I forfeit my $300. Management is great! Sylvia, the Manager, is very people friendly and made everything there operate smoothly. Great place to live as military personnel.
