Updating my review after a passive aggressive, last-minute cash grab move out experience. Nice grounds, nice pool and gym, and the units are solid. But the reason this place looks so nice on the outside is because they’re going to find all sorts of creative ways to get your money through hidden fees! I’ve lived here about a year and a half, and I love it. It’s quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The landscape is well taken care of. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! They try to keep the complex clean and comfortable for everyone. Every service request I’ve submitted has been handled same day. This is a great spot, definitely recommend.
Maintenance and yards are well kept, fitness area is very small, but common lobby area is nice..pool area is OK, grilling cabanza is good also but only 2 grills available...overall, is ok.
I visited this apartment complex for a tour, and the experience was disappointing from the start. The leasing agent—whose name I didn’t catch—was noticeably condescending and dismissive. From her body language to her tone, it felt like she didn’t want to be bothered and certainly wasn’t interested in showing me the apartment. Online, the unit I was interested in was listed at one price—even after selecting my move-in date. If I could give this complex less than 1 star I would. Extremely dirty apartment, the hallways are filled with trash and leaky diapers that leak human feces in the dead of summer. No intervention from management. Off leash dogs chased me 3 times around the complex. Neighbors constantly smoke weed so if you take a walk with small children be prepared for that. Neighbors are the worst I’ve ever had in any complex.
