This complex is decent. The community mostly keeps to themselves, there are some noisy neighbors but it’s not intolerable, the amenities are nice, the grounds are basic but well kept, and overall it’s an alright place to be. Updated review - I truly am happy with the new owners for the most part. Everyone in the front is absolutely amazing and super friendly! Maintenance is good and responds pretty quickly. The new management is turning things around and even having community events. The updated exterior looks sooo good, buttttt….. My few complaints the back gate is usually broken or if the tracks. At 2 of the 3 gates the road is so bad you have to be super careful when pulling in through the gate because there’s decent size pot holes at the gat... read more
Sagebrush is an amazing community. Ashley is great host. We had a lot of fun with neighbors amd prizes are amazing. We love the community! Thanks Ashley and staff for this nice welcoming!
