This completely beat any expectation I had the apartments are so nice and the pool just feels like you’re on a vacation. The gym is always so clean and I live in a one bedroom and it’s so spacious and Tyra and Kayla and Gina at the front desk have always been so helpful and so sweet They really go the extra mile
Update - WARNING When people move out the maintenence people that redo apartments like to wait till 9 and 10 pm to paint and do work late at night. We have had to tell them 3 different times on 3 different apartments around us. I have only stayed this last time due to new management, which in the beginning was a lot better then the last 5 that where here the 1st year here. But that didn't last long. We are going to be new to the Live Oak area. And while there was many choices of apts closer to my daughters school, the touring process of Sagebrush really blew all others out of the water. The professionalism and warm inviting experience is why we are choosing here to start our application process. We won’t be moving until Jan time frame but we know exactly where we wanna be. Thank you to the Amazon staff there.
Since i have moved in less than a month ago, Sagebrush apartments its one of the best places the atmosphere is very good. The neighbors are friendly and kind and the office staff are the best in the job and 5 Star customer service. If anyone is looking for a place to lease i would very much highly recommend Sagebrush apartments!
They have worked so hard to completely remodel this whole apartment complex. Such a beautiful and clean environment! Maintenance is on their A game and office staff is so friendly!!! 10/10
