Very satisfied with the professionalism and quality work that Reese perfoned replacing my bottom panel inside of my bathroom cabinet with assistance from Alex the job was completed in a timely manner and Reese always goes above and beyond and he’s very knowledgeable helpful and well expierened
If you had asked me to rate this complex a year ago, I would have given it one star. However, since the current leasing and maintenance team came on board, things have improved tremendously. Jaleesa, Reese, Jasmine, Nakeeta, and Alex make up an amazing team that truly understands urgency and professionalism. While I’ve experienced my share of issues here, most stemming from the previous management, the new team has been quick to respond to residents’ concerns. Infested isn’t even the word, felt like I was bunk mates with a family of roaches. Cracks in the paint and foundation, multiple power outages, outdated appliances, and the TRASH. A bag of trash was always being left outside front doors (was told more than once that wasn’t a normal occurrence) and torn open and eaten by the stray cats. Between the lack of a maintenance team and the multiple dings in my car door from parking spaces that are way too small and some of the worst drivers in Atlanta, I’ve had enough.
