There’s not much I’m unhappy with when it comes to this community but I couldn’t let this go unspoken. That trash valet service has drawn RATS to the property. Not mice, RATS. The trash valet is a mandatory charge which is ridiculous. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have a service that requires people to leave trash outside throughout the property couldn’t have thought that idea through thoroughly.
Don’t even waste your time moving here. Unresponsive leasing team, constant issues with flooding and the main water line needing to be worked on/shut off. Mediocre quick fix maintenance.Ridiculous rent increases and hidden fees. The list goes on!
It’s not safe to live here anymore. Shooting happens often, and packages are stolen, kids knock at my door all the time.
Update: it’s now three days later and I have to come back and write another review on this complex. At 6:30 PM on Thursday I had to call a maintenance requesting due to water leakage coming from the apartment above . Maintenance did not show up until roughly 830 pm And I was told it was due to the pipes in the apartment above the water damage . As a current resident, please please please do not consider moving here. There a bugs which no one seems to care about. Your car gets booted even though you are registered (remember you do have to pay to park monthly). Packages get stolen by kids. The place smells like weed. The only thing that has been ok for is the maintenance team but I only had to use them a couple of times. There was a shooting a couple of weeks ago. The gates are always open.
