Why y’ll say you are open when you have been closed since 12:30pm? You tell people to come back at 1:30pm. You said in y’all door 2:30pm again, but Now it’s 3:17, people are still waiting outside for their mail but y’all are clearly inside. The DISRESPECT TO THE RESIDENTS! This is the worse apartment complex that I have ever stayed. Don’t even try to come here, bucks are inside of apartments, shooting happens often, packages are stolen, dirty everywhere around the doors.

I just went up to the office to pickup some mail and a package that was delivered today and was helped by a young lady by the name of Jo who went beyond the call of duty to help me thank you Jo.

When will the mailboxes be fixed? The mailboxes have been out for months. Nobody is giving a clear deadline on when we can get our mail for our boxes. I'm tired of going into the office to get MY mail at a certain time the women in the leasing office says. The women in the office are nasty and rude with smart remarks most of the time to simple and general questions. The pool is always closed and it's always drama over in this complex. This place is always a filthy mess smh don’t consider moving here if you’re expecting luxury apartments they are far from it !!! Only one helpful person in the office everyone else forgets everything and dosent know a damn thing about what’s going on expect a bunch of hidden fees too in your rent make to sure you read fine print when signing your lease we pay for a trash service fee and this is the service we pay for !?
