Worst apartments I’ve ever lived at in my life they boot you even when you put your tag and do what your supposed to do they extort you in any way possible ! Complex is filthy been multiple shootings and car break ins breezeways are full of trash place is a straight up dump can’t wait till this lease ends and we’re outta here !
I had a 15 month lease here and it was the worst experience of my life. We had a roach infestation from the time we moved in. No one in the leasing office seemed to care about the issue. Pest control only comes once a week and I had to put in a maintenance request for them to come every week only to still see pest in my apartment. My boyfriend’s car got stolen while parked in a visitors spot because the gates never work & are always propped open for anyone to come in. My children & I are having such a great experience living here, I just want to thank the management team Erron, Tommy, & Preston for taking care of our place and the property, it looks amazing.. I also want to give a huge huge Thank you to our management team Fran, Keyani, & Zaciah. The Love is Real here. The best I have ever experienced here in Charlotte. Thank you for All you guys do.
