Update: I am now a new resident of Avana Avebury. From start to finish the process was not hard to navigate. Even during their busy times Jalessa and Fran did their best to give updates or answer any questions I may have had. Move in was seamless. I had a couple of minor issues but they were addressed IMMEDIATELY. Fran truly is a sweetheart. She seems to care about her residents and that’s a great thing to know. Newest (9/15/25) update: they are trying to say that I owe them $6,700 on my credit report… when rent doesn’t count toward credit, they want rent to count against credit. I am thinking Greystar just did the community a favor with a class action law. Suit. UPDATE (old): This place is way worse. I recently toured here for a 1 or 2 bedroom. I was welcomed by staff and can honestly say they were just as kind as others had stated, however they have lots of "hidden" fees. Having it listed as Mandatory fees/charges outside of the rent is dumb, stupid, and ignorant. If it's mandatory then make it part of the rent. It's so mind numbingly unnecessary.
