Great location. Nice apartments, good rate for the area. Maintenance is spot on. Haven't had much contact with the office since I have moved in but they are always smiling and waving when I do see them.
Do not be fooled by the term luxury apartments. Apartments have thin ceilings and walls, problems with black mold bathrooms, pet feces on grounds even though the provide pet poo stations, glass containers and naked drunks in the pool, when it is open. Management does not keep promises but still expects you to drink the kool-aid (luxury apartment homes - problems are isolated), work orders go unanswered.
