RecommendedWe love living at Avana. The property is well maintained. We love taking our dog for walks on all the beautiful paths around the property. We love the open floor plan, large closets, pantry, and laundry room. Plus, the location is so close to everything!

We really like Avana. The location is perfect for getting downtown, taking advantage of all that Woodruff Road has to offer, and is close to great schools! The two dog parks are great ways for our dogs to get out some energy!

well located, pleasant place to live, excelent amenities, friendly staff, we are enjoying a lot living here. And it is a pet friendly community. The landscaping is so beautiful. We have two grills in the pool area, a fire pit to be with friends. Nice community!!!

I enjoy living in this lovely and well maintained area. The staff is helpful and always coming up with pleasant surprises. I love the privacy and luxury of living in this gated community.

Love Avana! Great location, friendly community and helpful staff. The staff puts on some fun community events such as Dog Halloween, coffee and donuts, and so much more. Very dog friendly too! There was a slight issue with residents not picking up their dog droppings, but the staff immediately implemented a poo print policy which definitely made a huge impact! Brit, Abby and Jessica are the best! If you are looking for clean/up to date apartments, perfect location and nice people, Avana is your place!!!
