My Fiancé and I have lived here for 10 months. We looked at a lot of communities in the area when we were looking to move and decided on this one. I am happy we did. We really like it here, our apartment is spacious and modern. It's very quiet, safe and pet friendly. Any maintenance issues that we have had have been addressed in a timely manner. Management and maintenance have all been great. Our neighbors are friendly for the most part and having a clean pool is a huge plus during the summer heatwaves. We hope to live here ... read more

RENTER BEWARE: Have lived here for almost two years now and I finally have to speak up. This is a BEAUTIFUL property with a negligent managing/owning company that won’t provide their end of the lease and the proper amenities. Not recommended. One of the reasons I chose to live here was that it was “non-smoking”. It was at first but 6 months into living here someone new moved into the building and it has smelled like smoke and weed in the hallways and sometimes within my own apartment despite me putting draft blockers on the hallway door. Opening windows and/running the hvac system does little to alleviate it.
