I have been a resident at The Point at Abington since March 2026. I work in property management, so I know what proper unit preparation and resident communication should look like. This community has failed on both counts. My unit was never properly turned prior to move-in. Paint chips, scuff marks, peeling cabinet laminate, a cracked window pane, an unsecured dishwasher, and grease behind the stove were all present on day one. I really appreciate the community events and little surprises that The Point at Abington organizes for residents. Yesterday I stopped by the leasing office and happened to enter a free raffle, and I was lucky enough to win an ice cream machine! It was a fun and thoughtful experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and looking for ways to make the community feel more connected. Thank you for creating these moments for us!
