My Fiancé and I have lived here for 10 months. We looked at a lot of communities in the area when we were looking to move and decided on this one. I am happy we did. We really like it here, our apartment is spacious and modern. It's very quiet, safe and pet friendly. Any maintenance issues that we have had have been addressed in a timely manner. Management and maintenance have all been great. Our neighbors are friendly for the most part and having a clean pool is a huge plus during the summer heatwaves. We hope to live here ... read more
RENTER BEWARE: Have lived here for almost two years now and I finally have to speak up. This is a BEAUTIFUL property with a negligent managing/owning company that won’t provide their end of the lease and the proper amenities. When touring and singing our lease, we were told we’d have access to brand new grills, lawn chess, a fire pit, a clubhouse with a tv and lots of seating, trash service, etc. Since living here, they have gotten rid of the trash service, fire pit, lawn chess, clubhouse tv and couch, and numerous other thi... read more
