on January 18th my grandmother passed away from covid-19 , I do not recommend that you put your mother your father your grandmother your grandfather or anybody else in this facility for any reason , the amount of negligence I can't even explain they opened up a covid-19 in an old folks home which makes absolutely no sense to me why would you put covid-19 people in the same building or we as somebody that is acceptable to getting it such as old folks people without great immune systems I'm sad to say I had to go say goodbye t... read more
RecommendedMy dear friend has been here for 3 weeks and has received attentive and kind treatment from the staff. In addition, I have called the front desk several times asking them to do things that are truly outside what is expected and they have been very responsive!!!
IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU HIRE. Then this is not a place I would recommend PERIOD.

my father July 16th had a major fall which broke his femur and hip, upon scans they discovered he had cancer. he was flighted to Salem for surgery and chemo treatment. upon completion he had to undergo physical therapy, A month and a few weeks have passed and he is finally getting the ability to sit up with his cathitor out. This was about 2 weeks ago, which the facility did not notify my family or his primary care physician, also with that being said they have failed 2 times to accommodate dr appointments over the phone or ... read more

Since my surgery in Jan I have been here several times. They are all great and I would not consider going anywhere else. Again they are fantastic
