They do not care about you. They only care about the money they recieve from your insurance. DO NOT GO HERE. The social workers WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU.
Requests for pain medication ignored. Claims of Not being informed by staff is unacceptable. Not my idea of attentive care.
Lost my mother’s clothes. “Intensive rehab” was to take place, never saw anyone working with her. Couldn’t find a soul at times to help my mother,dirty linens and garbages full when I came several times. New facility, all I can say.
This is one of the most beautiful facilities Ive been to. They seem to be a little short handed. More often than not it is very hard to get help in a timely manner when the call button is pushed. Once they address their problems then perhaps it will be a place i would recommend. As of now I certainly do not recommend this place
Make sure your directives are correct from the hospital when adminstering the care needed.The kaiser team is also responsible for the non-conformance in sending out directives to home health care.I would not recomend this place to care for my puppys.As far as phone messaging and social services all bad.
Great staff always caring when you feel down about how you got in avamere
All I can say is, just wow! Class Act. It's like putting your loved one into a rehab facility that's akin to a 5-star hotel. The employees are even so kind and wonderful
