I was at Avamere's King City location from July 19, 2016 until November 02, 2016- I broke my back, right femur, neck & shattered both calcaneus ( Heels). I was sent to Avamere for Physical Therapy to learn to transfer from bed to wheelchair & wheelchair to toilet after learning these tasks they tried to discharge me in August to go home, Both feet in casts unable to bear zero weight on my feet.
