Hannah did an amazing job getting my mom placement and into a room as quickly as possible. She followed up with us on a regular basis and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Super star she is! Thank you Hannah, my mom is so happy there!

I should be living in a place like this, but..... I called ahead and talked at length to their representative who told me to come in and have a tour. What I saw was not real surprising and disappointing. No Wheelchair waiting for me as promised, a tour guide had to be caught, I quickly found myself cornered by residents and employees asking me about my plans to live there. NO THANKS ! Hannah has made this whole process a nightmare. I left her a voicemail over two months ago, which she never responded. Because we were in a bit of a hurry trying to find a place, I dropped off paperwork she was requesting from the rehabilitation center. Even after she received the documents, she never followed up with us. I don’t know if it’s because Hannah’s racist and didn’t want someone of color moving in, but she ultimately forced our hand to find another property. We just moved my mom into avamere, she is on Medicaid for disability of epilepsy. Hannah and the whole team at Avamere were amazing to work with and their follow up/follow through was on point. Other places did not follow up with us in a timely manner which was very frustrating as my mom was needing to get into assisted living ASAP. My mom just moved in so hard to say long term how staff is but so far she is really really happy.
