Amazing service provided by Mercy Avalos. She was recommended to me by a family member and the experience couldn’t have been better. She was very attentive as well as informative and answered all my questions. Not to mention that she was working past regular work hours just to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely appreciate the hard work and will for sure be back for any future services.

The worst experience I have ever She did something wrong, and I received a letter from IRS. So I went back to her and I asked what was wrong and she was so rude and she was supposed to fix the problem she did not explain anything she just told me sign again (my bad) the I received a new letter and said something was wrong so now I owe a bill for $6,000 dlrs to IRS for a year that I just made $20,000 dlrs which was during the pandemic And , I had to contact and pay someone else to help me solve the problem she did
