Avalon Northborough, MA Submitted a work request on 4/10/24 and the request was scheduled for 4/11/2024. Technician Sherman arrived promptly as scheduled. Sherman is very personable, efficient and professional. Each of my household members feel very comfortable in Sherman’s presence due to his courteousness, professionalism, and his can-do attitude.
It’s a great place to live. Lot of greenery and quiet. Maintenance service is amazing. Big shoutout to Sherman, very quick and professional in maintenance work. Loving the stay here.

Admin is getting worse and raising fees. It used to be a place with great maintenance and a good community, but it’s starting to lose its luster and the tenants are feeling it. A few years back, you could contact a landlord and get answers within reason. Now it’s a maze of connections. Not worth renting anymore
