Had several problems in the apartment and needed maintenance to come by. Shin was fantastic and finished all of my requests within 30 minutes. He is very kind and respectful!
Stay away the management office is useless. I parked my rental car and paid parking fees, I found my car towed in the morning. When I asked office they weren’t helpful and end up paying for towing release
Shin is an excellent maintenance professional. He is very skilled at his work, prompt, and always completes tasks quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of service he provides. Highly recommend him!
