I toured this apartment community and loved it! I ended up choosing another Windsor building but I have to talk about how great my tour was here. The manager and leasing consultant were so helpful. They’re the reason I toured the other Windsor communities. If you’re looking in Herndon- this is the place to go!
As always shin is a great guy! He fixed my Heater issue in a matter of 5mins!!
The maintenance team is very responsive and easy to reach out. I submitted a request this morning and by noon, Shin came and helped me to resolve the issues with the window. That is very professional! Highly satisfied with the service provided!
Had several problems in the apartment and needed maintenance to come by. Shin was fantastic and finished all of my requests within 30 minutes. He is very kind and respectful!
