The best Staff ever all them, led by Patrick. I highly suggest living in this community setting.
Just moved into The Mark in January and I'm so happy to say this is, hands down, the best apartment experience I've had in the last ten years in and around NYC. From scheduling to see the apartment, meeting Patrick, signing a lease and picking up keys all in the same week, it couldn't have been an easier more welcoming experience. The building is immaculate, the apartments are spacious and light, the staff here are so responsive and kind, everything is taken care of. I'm so happy here, thank you Patrick!!
