Just moved out after our second time at 'The Mark' and can't recommend it higher. Pat and Noah are the best managers we have encountered in all our time living in apartment complexes.
My wife, baby and I have been here for 6 months and we love it. There is nothing bad to say about this building. The team -- from the reception, maintenance, cleaning, leasing -- are all prompt and attentive and thorough. Anyone looking to move to this area needs to consider the Mark
I’m very pleased living at The Mark at Mamaroneck. I’ve been living here for over a decade. Patrick the manager makes sure that everything is smooth and orderly. The maintenance team led by Jaime responds quickly to all maintenance concerns. The Mark at Mamaroneck is an attractive, clean, and safe environment. Patrick the manager, Noah the assistant manager and Jamie the supervisor of all technical operations make living at the Mark at Mamaroneck a truly wonderful experience. You will definitely feel at home living here.
Very clean, comfortable, and well-run apartments. Patrick and Noah in the leasing office are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire staff here are great. Great spot for families, and just a short walk to downtown Mamaroneck and the train station for the Metro North commute. Would highly recommend!
The maintenance team at The Mark are top notch!! I ca always count on hem to answer my maintenance requests in a timely manner and complete the job professionally and very well. They are the best!!!
