This is the most amazing home for more than two years! Patrick, property manager, is always helpful; the complex is well cared for; the facilities perfect (gym and pool) and any issues with the apartment are promptly addressed. I highly recommend The Mark as a home!
We have lived at the Mark for about 4 months now, and it has been an amazing experience since day 1. The courtyard is unbelievable and makes you feel like you’re on vacation every day! The rooms are very nice and well kept, and quite sizable for a one bedroom. To top it off, the staff from management such as Patrick and Noah, and everyone else working there is great. We knew it was the place we wanted right away, and it has definitely lived up to it.
I don’t live in The Mark building, but I come to walk a dog. After accidentally dropping my keys down an elevator shaft, I called the police department, but unfortunately they didn’t have the tools to help. I was feeling completely overwhelmed and stressed but thanks to Jaime, the maintenance supervisor,and Eric, the maintenance technician were around to help. I just wanted to thank Jamie for always immediately being so attentive to ANY maintenance requests that I have ever had. He is polite, kind and courteous every time he enters my unit. He is awesome. I also wanted to shout out Eric he was awesome as well.
