The Mark is a beautiful property, and they truly embody integrity, respect, and compassion. Patrick leads an outstanding team, and both he and Noah create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the office. Living at The Mark at Mamaroneck has been a very positive experience for me. The building is clean, modern, and thoughtfully managed. The leasing office and management team are always responsive and friendly, creating a supportive environment where residents feel looked after. The Mark at Mamaroneck is the best! I have lived here nearly three years, no complaints. Jamie and Patrick and the rest of the team are extremely nice and are always there for anything that comes up, making sure issues are resolved quickly but carefully. The gym and pool are great, love using the grill during the summer time, and covered parking during the winter or rainy seasons is always a relief! Patrick and the staff are WONDERFUL! I LOVE the property and community! This is such a great location, close to great stores and food too!
I want to give a five star to the maintenance manager and his crew for prompt and outstanding service. Whatever few maintenance orders I've placed, they were responded to promptly and efficiently. Special recognition to Jamie. The best!
