It would be smart to avoid. The building has a smoking problem, for which Management's resolution is to ring doorbells at 10pm to enter tenants' apartments. Management has lost control of its tenants and is now encroaching on the quiet enjoyment of compliant tenants. The building also has been unable to deal with a defective fire alarm system for several months, which regularly wakes tenants up in the middle of the night. Respect by tenants for the building and for tenants by Management is clearly not there.
