We’ve been living in this building for two years now and couldn’t be happier. We especially want to highlight Joseph, our doorman, for his constant attention, positive attitude, and willingness to help whenever we need it. He truly makes living here an even better experience. We feel very lucky to have him around every day!
We love living at AVA Highline. Cameron and Roberto are always so responsive on maintenance issues, and the Avalon Bay staff and management in general are easy to work with. Location is amazing as well!

I’ve had a great experience living in this building! Anytime I have a maintenance problem, Cameron is quick to fix the issue, is reliable, and extremely helpful! Having such a great maintenance team makes living in this building so much more comfortable and stress-free.
