Wish I could put 0 stars. Had an interaction with a very rude, nasty Hispanic worker with tattoos and a baseball cap cleaning in front of the building @3:30pm 8/24/25. The whole encounter was concerning and completely unprofessional. While sweeping in front of my car, this guy appeared to take a photo of my car while my wife and daughter were inside. I've lived here for almost seven years now, after living in other doorman buildings in the city. I've been extremely pleased with it. The staff is tremendous, from management to each of the doormen (Joseph, Darrell and others), and the maintenance team as well. Every time I have an issue, it is resolved very efficiently. And I don't have many issues come up because the building is so new and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone wanting to live near NW Chelsea or Hudson Yards.
Cam and Roberto in the maintenance team are so attentive and helpful.
