This building is a "farce" to reside in. The in-house office is inept and never give not even their name out when an issue occurs. They simply address themselves at "the team" on every email rendered to the tenants. Don't spend the overpriced rents when you can get a much better unit in Hudson Yards for cheaper. BTW, the location of the building is NOT Hudson Yards. It's one lie after another here.
