It’s a great pleasure living here. Repairs happen expeditiously. The premises are kept clean. The community concierge (doormen) are very welcoming and always willing to help. In fact, Joseph was the community concierge at the lobby that welcomed us when we toured the apartment and was a big reason why I decided to go with this apartment out of almost ten places. Love this building — but even more, I love the people who make it what it is. From the porter to the front desk, everyone is responsive, reliable, and most importantly, genuinely kind. Huge shoutout to David and Gustavo who are always amazing and never fail to bring a smile to my face!
