I have been living in Avalon West Chelsea for 6 years now. I have had an amazing experience and Loved and adored all the staff and services until last year when I had my so-not-nice experience with a new concierge. When I saw three of my favorite nice friendly concierges were gone. Two I know for sure got fired by management. I came to Avalon West Chelsea and Ava Highline to checkout some apartments. New York apartment hunting is a full time job and exhausting for the nervous system. But Talia was amazing, she was so patient and listened to everything I needed. Talia provided great options with the budget that I had.
