Danie is a holistic and knowledgeable trainer. The story behind her vast knowledge is unique and a major key to the service she gives both her clients and their bodies. I was sold during our consultation. She understood my needs and asked pertinent questions. She was the first human outside I met after my move. Her professionalism, care and knowledge makes for the best sessions, and was warmest welcome. I'm enjoying every bit of the experience, including her massage skills!
Danielle was fantastic! I randomly came across Avalon Wellness and gave it a try and am so glad I did. I get massages once or twice a month and it was the best I've had in years. Highly recommended!
