They advertise no smoking but the hallways reek like marijuana, my children get second hand high walking to the elevators. Dog excrement all over the property, definitely not a luxury apartment complex anymore, only thing luxury is the prices. They need to do better.
I lived here for a few years, and went through 3 different management companies...which seemed to go from bad to worse. I moved out last month and it was the best decision I could have ever made. We had the worst experience with Crystal Ridge due to the terrible management. Our amazon deliveries kept getting stolen several times with no action from the management to prevent thieves. We were charged $600 from our security deposit for a tiny damage which was just the adhesive of getting loose, not our doing at all, on the counter top telling us that the entire countertop needs to be changed, despite providing photo evidence the management was unresponsive and dismissed our claims.
