Staff very friendly and hospible. I felt at home.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The worst maintenance team I’ve ever seen. Management has no solutions, apologies or accommodations for ANYTHING. I had a non working washing machine for about 2 months. I had to repeat the issues several times because they do not keep track of any of their maintenance issues. Had to keep putting in work orders because they would close it out. When you call the office they can’t give you any information and just give you the run around. My AC is still not working and the apartment reaches temperatures close to 90 degrees. The work was to perform a freon charge, however, since my AC system is using the legacy R22 refrigerant its no longer being used. Bottom line is that my system needs to be converted. I am hoping this can be completed in the next few days.
