What a joke this place is. It’s open til 5pm but doctor is only there til 12pm or whenever they feel like it. Canadian health care!!! ROFL.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Pannu. She was rude, dismissive, and did not listen to my concerns. I felt rushed throughout the appointment and my questions were not answered properly. The communication was poor and I left feeling confused rather than helped. I would not recommend her based on my experience.
Never a bad experience at this clinic. Wait times are reasonable, Dr. Azam is very attentive and willing to answer questions. Hold times on the phone can be long, but that’s not really their fault and they do call back if you leave a message.
1- dr will only see you for 1 issue at a time. You must choose your most “severe” ailment. And re book for 2nd thing. I live in another city!! This is ridiculous. 2- denied me a requested service done in clinic 3- this is a walk in clinic. One time I needed to use the walk in service and they denied me because I have a family dr (but she was not working) they said no walk in for me.
