Worst rental agency they don't fix anything and maintenance never show up..Their only concern is section 8 people..If you not on section 8 don't rent from them your rent don't count.. They only cater to section 8 tenants and they only fix your apartment when you move and new tenants coming in.. Dirty rug in the hall and folks still coming in to rent this dirty building all section 8 crack heads coke addicts live in that building there is no secure and safety in there building cause their only interest is to collect rent they... read more

Avallon Apartments are Disgusting, Everything, Maintenance only needs they rent and nothing else they dont fix your apartment niether pick up the phone or answer emails, the neighbors there are all nasty pigs who dont care about their surroundings, place is horrible outside and inside the buildings, mice everywhere is absolutely terrible, 0/10 experience, it can be 4-5 AM and the neighbors would have the music on blastttt not caring about other peoples sleep. They're my rental agency nice staff..My thing with them is they need to be forth coming where fixing some of their building's is concerned and they should be available when tenants have emergencies and need them to do repairs
