Was decent expect multiple water issues within my last year. Leaking from my ceiling, toilets having water gushing from the bottom and flooding the floors. Unable to use showers for a week and when I called the front office was talked to extremely poorly, told I should be “grateful I wasn’t sent to a hotel.” Office was always rude when I contacted throughout my 2 years and snuck repair charges I didn’t ask for on my rent bill. My 19 year old son just arrived at the Airforce Base in Goldsboro, with no base housing available and only 7 days for my son to find a place I was left scrambling from across the country. I called several places and they had no availability, then I called Avalon and spoke to Meaghan. She had one unit available and went above and beyond to assist me in securing it in a matter of hours!
