The sales dept is great, building a home with Pulte is not worth the headaches. We are in a different Pulte neighborhood, just warning others what to expect. We closed last December '21 with a promise of items not finished to be finished within 30 days. We are now almost 10 months out and still not finished. I would recommend finding a different builder. Very, very nice
My cousin just moved to this area, it is beautiful, houses are made for families and it is a well cared for community. I feel very safe walking this subdivision.
