Will be moving out of Avalon Quincy soon, but I have to say that my time here has been great. The maintenance team and the people who work in the leasing office have all been amazing, especially Sean and Kori. Beautiful apartment buildings and beautiful landscaping around the property, hard work is put in to make sure Avalon Quincy is a nice place to live. Bonus for it being so dog friendly!
Maintenance crew and all staff are extraordinary! Sean and Joe, maintenance management and crew, are quick and efficient. They explain everything thoroughly and never leaving you hanging or guessing when a resident has a concern. Each and everyone who works here makes sure we are updated quickly and timely of any planned utility outages or inspections. Truly the best place to live!
I recently moved out of the Avalon and living there was overall a good experience. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is great. Sean Dion is by far the best person/team member I have interacted with in all my years of apartment living. He consistently demonstrates how much he cares about not only the facilities but the people.
