We have lived in Avalon Sudbury for 2 1/2 years and rate the complex as outstanding. The maintemance staff headed by Matt has always been responsive to our requests, timely, efficient, and courteous. The grounds and numerous amenities are well maintained, and the administrative staff led by Stephanie is first rate. Recent visitors told us that Avalon Sudbury is like living at a resort. We moved to Avalon Sudbury a month ago and are loving living here. The apartments are well designed and beautifully appointed and the community is exceptionally well maintained. The staff have been amazingly helpful and the team who runs the complex have been responsive to our every need. A special shout out to Matt, Alex, Mario and Jake and thank you for all your assistance!
I moved to Avalon Sudbury ,Ma 2 months ago & its been a great experience. The rental agent Amy Scherick is very professional & made the experience very smooth in terms of explaining all the lease options . Amy's follow thru was outstanding in getting me my new rental home.
