I was a tenant at Avalon Villa. For over a year. My sister and my soon to be ex husband lived there as well. Financial difficulties happened and we had to move from the apartment. At no time were we loud or unruly tenants. We were lied on and said the police were called on us and this never happened. I've been living in this place for the past 5 yrs and seen alot of shitty things.. I just asked for a new dishwasher after I signed my least for 1 more year and haven't seen one yet.. and we have language barrier issues with maintenance crew on staff they dont understand English language and don't try to speak English
