Don’t move in here. We’re pretty lenient on circumstances but this apartment complex is not worth the constant headaches. People’s cars are constantly being broken into. Shady people always strolling in to complex and stolen packages all the time. Coat efficient yes, but not really if you are the unfortunate person in one of many situations. Security comes once the whole night so that helps.
Nice community with pools and a dog park. Spacious apartments with good restaurants nearby.

Patricia it’s the worse manager I ever meet in my life, never help whit maintenance, aaaa but delay 3 days whit the rent and they charge you 1000 dollar fine whit the threat that if it is not paid they start an eviction process with the law firm, they have a business between Patricia and the lawyers and not to mention the business they have with the tow truck, you leave your car 2 minutes while you download the purchases to your house and take it, but if you call them because they invaded your space they never arrive, they a... read more
We moved into this studio because that's what we could afford and it seemed nice. First look at the place with deposit already paid, everything was old, I mean it was not cleaned at all, dirt dust and cracks in EVERYTHING, ( we had to clean everything before moving our stuff in) , cabinets were two different colors.
