My daughter and I are very pleased with the Staff and their management Always helpful with any questions or requests Maintenance is always available also I would recommend these apartments to any age group
A few tips to consider with this apartment complex. One; be fully aware of the parking situation. The parking that is occurring on canal st is technically not allowed as it is fire lane designated and the cars are at risk of being towed. Two; be sure the price they told you is the same price on the lease agreement. Three; be sure to fully and completely read the lease agreement before signing. The apartments and all the amenities are espectacular. But parking is unacceptable. I park for 15 minutes in the visitor parking, to drop off some items. They towed my vehicle. I am handicapped. I could not believe it. I had to get and Uber to the establishment where they towed my vehicle I had to pay $225.00 to get my vehicle out. I am and senior citizen. I will never make a delivery or visit. There again.
The building looks bland and boring for being new. The surrounding area is still industrial rubbish. The smell from the plastic factory just doesn't leave the air some days. There are no grocery stores within waking distance.
My husband and I moved to Merion Riverwalk in September of 2020 with our precious dog Nala. We thought we would be here for the time of our lease and as of today we have renewed three times! First, Anne is an absolute All Star! So understanding, communicative, and fair. She is a treasure. The location speaks for itself. A 5 minute walk to downtown, Veterans Park or the damn. The pool is a luxury we cherish in the summer. We are very happy here.
