Jayla and Mike in mgt are the best. They have helped me out with so much. They’re both so nice and professional. I hope they never leave here. I love it here , and thy are always so accommodating with any I need . They’re terrific I wish it was a 10 star review.
Merion Riverwalk is a visually impressive, modern 250-unit complex with a garage that provides one space per leaseholder. However, the complete absence of any designated guest parking is a serious and ongoing problem. Residents are effectively on their own when hosting visitors, who must search for street parking along Canal Street. A few tips to consider with this apartment complex. One; be fully aware of the parking situation. The parking that is occurring on canal st is technically not allowed as it is fire lane designated and the cars are at risk of being towed. Two; be sure the price they told you is the same price on the lease agreement. Three; be sure to fully and completely read the lease agreement before signing. The apartments and all the amenities are espectacular. But parking is unacceptable. I park for 15 minutes in the visitor parking, to drop off some items. They towed my vehicle. I am handicapped. I could not believe it. I had to get and Uber to the establishment where they towed my vehicle I had to pay $225.00 to get my vehicle out. I am and senior citizen. I will never make a delivery or visit. There again.
