My husband and I moved to Merion Riverwalk in September of 2020 with our precious dog Nala. We thought we would be here for the time of our lease and as of today we have renewed three times! First, Anne is an absolute All Star! So understanding, communicative, and fair. She is a treasure. The location speaks for itself. A 5 minute walk to downtown, Veterans Park or the damn. The pool is a luxury we cherish in the summer. We are very happy here.
I moved into The Merion Riverwalk in 2018, expecting to stay for just a year as I transitioned back to living in CT. However, I'm still here and proud to call it home. The staff, fellow residents, and overall environment make this place a true pleasure to live in. I have never experienced such exemplary customer service and kindness from a management team. I love this property and all the amenities it has to offer. Jerry, the lead maintenance tech, is amazing at his job and is always so helpful and happy no matter what!!!!
Everyone here is so nice, and they have a beautiful view from the apartments!
