They change staff constantly, Juan is great and tries always to help the rest of the staff they try but not always resolve the problems. I have had somebody in my parking place for a month and rather than solving themselves they told me to call security.
RecommendedThis is a great apartment community and I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with the management team.
The Avalon Santa Monica staff -- especially Chris, Moustapha, and Juan -- are top-notch. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! The building and units are also nice, but the materials that were used in construction are not very high quality and tend to require frequent maintenance. Fortunately, the aforementioned team is extremely responsive and always quick to resolve any and all issues. They take excellent care of tenants, which coupled with the building's fantastic location, makes this a very good rental building... read more
