Went in to get 4 or 5 blue streaks in my hair, she didn't understand what I wanted, thought I wanted blue like old women get in their white hair, we looked at pictures and what I got wasn't even close. The blue is so dark it looks black. All color is underneath. Guess she thought I was too old to have fun hair.
I've been going to Avalon for over 10 years and the people and facility cannot be beat. They work very hard to make every experience the best experience.

Love this salon! Hair, nails, toes and massage are perfection every time. Recommended it to my mother in law too! A must do!
Most impersonal and unfriendly experience today! Gals at the front desk were more concerned with each other than a customer walking in the door, no greeting. Now I'm fine with not being chatty while being waxed but Becky wasn't the least bit friendly. When done waxing my brows, she said, "mirrors on the wall... Thanks!" and literally turned her back before I even got off the table to say thanks and good bye. Obviously not concerned about gaining new customers or repeat business. Flat out rude! Won't be going back.
