So freaking angry... Told them I was a brunette showed up and she wants to turn me blonde and then set up another appointment to go grey... who the fuck does a half an appointment.. I am given a gift card at least twice a year so I can have a spa day, and not small cards they range from 140 to 200 dollar cards... usually I get a massage and facial but due to back surgery I thought it would be nice to do my hair... so they can’t do it but will not refund the gift card... it is the last gift card that my family will ever pur... read more
