The apartments are old, even the renovated apartments are done with half efforts. They don’t even change the blinds when you renovate. The apartment manger Adam is absolutely useless. When you mention complaints that has to do with noise and security he tells you to call the police. He lacks basic customer service skills and is textbook passive aggressive.
