When My wife and I looked at Avalon Peaks the grounds were fantastic. They were manicured and well cared for. We have been here for a little over 1 year. My how things change. During the winter they dropped the rent, and it did bring in tenants that were not considerate of their surroundings. Large amounts of dog poo are always to be found. The grounds are not kept up like they were and the back of the apts are filthy dirty. They do not have the budget to clean them. They are older apts but spacious.
