A Big Shout Out to Tanya, Patrick, Jerry, Rosalvo, and Jose for all their hard work, expertise, and human decency in managing Avalon Pasadena. Tanya and Patrick have brought the bar back to where it was when Edgar was at this location and even raised it! Brava!

The staff is friendly and always willing to help, making everything feel more comfortable. The maintenance team is awesome—they’re quick to respond and always get the job done fast. I’ve been really impressed with how smooth everything has gone!
The atmosphere here is incredibly warm and inviting. The team in this building is outstanding and truly helps make the transition easier. Although I don’t typically write reviews, I felt compelled to share that the maintenance team went above and beyond. Their response and repair time were the quickest I’ve ever encountered.
First and foremost, Tanya Capra epitomizes customer service. After being displaced by the Eaton Canyon fire, we found ourselves in urgent need of a two-bedroom apartment. After more than a month of searching, we finally found Avalon in Pasadena, but only a one-bedroom unit was available.
