UPDATE: WE WON THE CASE WARNING: AVA Pasadena is a Scam, I would give negative 5stars if I could. We had a nightmare dealing after moving out. AVALON slapped us with a ridiculous $946 bill with a FAKE “pet odor” and wall damage that never existed. The apartment was in perfect condition. When we asked for PROOF—photos, invoices, ANYTHING—they said they DO NOT NEED ANY PROOF TO CHARGE US, after we repeatedly asking, they said they will provide WITH COURTESY and would take 7–10 business days to provide it. I have had and continue to have a great experience with Avalon Pasadena since I moved into this community in 2014. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and effective. I want to give a special shoutout to Joshua De Castro who has gone above and beyond to help me transfer from my apartment on the fourth floor where I have lived since 2014 to an appartment on the fifth floor. Just wanted to point out Staff Tanya for always being so helpful and attentive when needed. place is always in good shape cleaning lady works hard and the whole maintenance men also. I see everyone always working hard. We never had a problem here and if we do need any help for repairs we email And submit a work order and if not the same day but the next day maintenance is there to fix it. I love the promptness kmfrom the whole crew so thank you all.
Our washing machine broke and flooded part of our apartment but Geo responded right away to the rescue! He was great at communication throughout the entire repair process by providing updates and checking in with us daily. He assisted with the vendors in making sure our apt got repaired as quickly as possible which has been much appreciated. Gerry has also been checking in and always helpful with our repair needs. The whole maintenance team is super kind, friendly, and professional. Fantastic team!!
