We’ve had a great time staying at Avalon Pasadena over the past few months. The maintenance crew, especially Cory, are always prompt and eager to help.
Standing outside the front gates at 11am on a weekday with 2 other guests and we're all wondering why there aren't any residents added to the callbox. Also, why schedule self-guided tours if you're not even going to give people a way into the building??? This is so typical of Avalon, Ava, and all these stupid developers who don't give a damn about their residents or potential residents
This has been an amazing process. Cory has been incredible and fixed my leaky sink super fast! Would highly recommend him!
There was a flooding issue in the unit, and Rosalvo took great care of everything, coordinating the team and resolving the issue quickly. He is responsible, patient, and kind, and he truly makes me feel at ease. Thank you so much for your help!
I want to update my review submitted a few weeks ago when I was in the process of transferring my apartment on the fourth floor to the fifth floor. That review was of the exquisite service provided by the administrative staff which continued throughout and following my move fully transitioning all services and attending to all my needs.
